One inbox for everything
The entire operation runs through a single address: [email protected]. Account questions, billing, bug reports, safety concerns, deletion requests, press, partnership ideas — all of it arrives in the same place, and a human on the team reads every message. There is no phone line and no bot pretending to be a person. Writing to the inbox is the fastest route to a real answer, and it costs nothing.
What belongs in the message
The more specific your message, the quicker our answer. Tell us what happened, roughly when (with your time zone), what device and browser you were using, and what you expected to see instead. For anything visual, one screenshot beats three paragraphs. A billing question needs only the rough time and amount — leave out full card numbers, passwords, and verification codes, because we will never request them.
How fast we answer
Safety reports come first. Reports touching minors, threats, or scams go to the head of the line and are normally dealt with inside a day. General questions — accounts, coins, bugs, feedback — usually receive an answer within one to three business days, with weekends and holidays stretching that slightly. If a week passes in silence, write again; messages do occasionally get eaten by spam filters on the way in.
Where we can genuinely help
Account access and sign-in trouble. Anything about coins, balances, or charges — refund requests included, wherever the law grants them. Bug reports, which genuinely reach the people who fix things. Erasing your account together with the data attached to it. Explaining a rule from the Community Guidelines or a clause in the Terms of Service that reads unclear. Contesting a moderation decision you think we got wrong. And plain feedback — the kind that tells us what to build or fix next.
What is honestly beyond us
We cannot reconnect you with a match you skipped or lost — matches are random and anonymous by design, and no directory exists to look anyone up in. We cannot hand you another user's personal information, ever. We cannot investigate events that happened on other platforms. And we cannot referee every personal dispute between users beyond enforcing our own rules — some conversations simply end with a block, and that is the system working as intended.
Safety and legal matters
If you run into anything that involves a possible minor, an imminent threat, or illegal material, flag it inside the product right away and email us too — those cases outrank everything else waiting in the queue. When law enforcement arrives through the proper legal channels, we work with them. Officers and attorneys can reach the right people through the same inbox; identify your agency or firm and the matter clearly.
Writing a bug report that gets fixed
Three details turn a shrug into a fix. First, what you did, step by step: I opened the site, tapped Start Matching, allowed the camera, and the screen stayed black. Second, what you saw versus what you expected. Third, the environment — device, operating system, browser and version, and whether a VPN or ad blocker was running. Send that and there is a real chance the next reply is fixed, try again, rather than another round of questions.
Press and business
Journalists, researchers, and potential partners: the same [email protected] address works, with Press or Business in the subject line so it routes correctly. We are a small team, so a clear two-sentence pitch earns a faster answer than a deck. Everything official about the service is published on camgochat.live — if you see claims about us elsewhere, check here first or ask.
One warning worth reading
Replies from us only ever come from an address ending in @camgochat.live. Anyone claiming to be CamgoChat support from a different domain — anyone asking for your password, your full card number, or a payment to unlock an account — is an impostor. A genuine message from this team never requests any of that. When in doubt, forward the message to [email protected] and we will confirm whether it was us.
