This page in one paragraph

CamgoChat is a random video chat service at camgochat.live. You can open the site, browse who is around, and take a first match without giving us your name, your email address, or your phone number. We handle the information the product genuinely needs to work, we keep that list deliberately short, and we do not assemble an advertising dossier about you. Everything below says the same thing in more detail, in normal English. If a line here leaves you unsure, write to [email protected] and a person will explain it.

What a visit tells our servers

When you open any page on CamgoChat, our servers register the usual technical facts every website sees: your IP address, the type of browser and device you arrived on, which pages you opened, and when. That information keeps the site quick, helps us spot abuse, and shows us which pages people actually finish reading. Your IP address also gives us your rough country, which we use to route you to a server nearby and to honor regional requirements. We never ask for your exact location, and we do not want it.

The camera is yours, not ours

Random video chat needs a camera, so your browser asks for camera and microphone permission before a video match can begin. Nothing leaves your device until you agree, and saying no is a legitimate choice — text chat works without either permission. Picture and sound during a call move between you and your match, protected in transit. We do not record calls, we do not file them anywhere, and we have no way to replay one after it ends. When the conversation closes, the image and audio close with it.

Guests first, accounts only if you want one

The first time you visit, we open a guest session for you automatically so the matchmaker has a place to seat you. A guest session carries no email, no password, and no profile form. If you later decide to sign in with Google, we receive the basic details Google passes along — usually your name and email address — purely so your account, coins balance, and call history live in one place. Other users see a display name and whatever you deliberately show them. Your email address is never visible to another user.

Cookies, briefly

We place a handful of cookies: essential ones that hold your session together and recall your preferences, and analytics cookies that tell us, in aggregate, which pages get read. We run no third-party advertising trackers on this site. The complete list — plus instructions for refusing cookies in your browser — sits on the Cookie Policy page.

What moderation sees

When a user taps report, we receive the report with the technical context an investigation needs: who was reported, at what time, and which rule was cited. Automated systems also flag abuse patterns such as spam floods and ban evasion. These signals exist to enforce the Community Guidelines — nothing more. They are not mined to build a picture of you for advertisers, because this site has no advertising business to feed.

A plain list of things we never do

Some points deserve to be stated without decoration. We do not sell personal data to anyone. We do not record or retain your video or voice calls. We do not expose your email address to other users. We do not collect precise GPS coordinates. We do not show ads, which means no ad network is quietly observing you on our pages. And we do not request more than the service needs — no phone number, no address book, no contact uploads.

The choices and rights that stay with you

You may browse and match as a guest without ever creating an account. You may refuse camera or microphone permission and stay with text. You may wipe cookies from your browser whenever you like. If you signed in and want your account and everything stored with it erased, ask through the Contact Us page and we will delete it, retaining only the short-lived records the law and basic security demand. Depending on where you live, the law may also grant you rights to access, correct, or export your data — the same inbox handles those requests.

How long records survive

Server logs live for weeks rather than years; they exist for security and debugging and then they go. Account information remains while your account is active and vanishes when you delete it. Reports and enforcement records are kept long enough to act on and to recognize repeat offenders. Once something is no longer needed, we delete it or strip away anything that could point back to you.

Privacy questions

This policy covers camgochat.live and the CamgoChat service. It will change as the product changes, and the date at the top moves whenever it does. For anything privacy-related — a question, a correction, a deletion, a complaint — email [email protected]. The people who read it are the people who run the service.
